Zikhara is being built as a control layer, not a factory: one accountable sourcing interface in front of independent specialist suppliers.
The model
The control layer is the feature.
Zikhara is a merchant sourcing house. It does not manufacture goods. The intended model puts one accountable sourcing and control layer between a distributor’s requirement and the independent specialists best suited to fulfil it.
That separation is deliberate. A buyer should have one clear brief, one scope boundary and one point of accountability without being asked to mistake a sourcing partner for the production line.
Network depth, independent inspection, consolidation and private-label capability remain evidence-gated. Preferential tariff treatment is assessed separately for each product and shipment; it is never implied by the sourcing model alone.

ZIKHARA
The name
A peak built in layers.
Zikhara takes its direction from the Sanskrit shikhara: a peak or the tiered spire that crowns a temple, rising in disciplined layers to a point.
The image is one of disciplined ascent. Each layer supports the next until the form resolves at its peak. That is the belief behind the name and the standard the intended operating model is designed to follow.

Do not turn an intended process, supplier statement or broad trade agreement into a public capability promise without evidence.

Decline to overreach into a product line or promise the sourcing layer cannot responsibly support.
Predictable pricing and uninterrupted supply are not guaranteed outcomes. They remain dependent on confirmed commercial, supplier and shipment conditions.
Background
Credibility without inflated history.
Zikhara will not use age, scale or team structure as borrowed credibility. The background line stays open until business and documentary evidence supports it.
