Merchant sourcing house · India export context
Zikhara is a merchant sourcing house built to connect distributor requirements with specialist suppliers in India through one commercial relationship. Product, quality, documentation and delivery requirements are confirmed for each RFQ.
What we are
The merchant model is deliberate: it is designed to give a buyer access to independent product specialists without presenting Zikhara as the production line.
The intended control layer coordinates the sourcing brief, order-specific quality requirements, documentation scope and buyer communication through one commercial relationship. Supplier selection and every operational arrangement remain subject to the requirements and evidence available for the order.
01
Start with the product, destination, volume and commercial brief.
02
Set order-specific sourcing, quality and documentation requirements.
03
Maintain one commercial interface while the fulfilment route is confirmed.
Primary product families
High-level category scope is shown here. Materials, ratings, testing and other product specifications are confirmed against evidence for the offered SKU.
01
Standard, non-Ex cable-gland requirements for electrical distribution and panel-building applications.
02
Handles, hinges and fittings for architectural, builders’ hardware and fit-out schedules.
03
Brass-fitting requirements for non-potable industrial services, equipment and MEP distribution.
The intended control model
This is the process Zikhara is designed to coordinate. It is not evidence that every supplier, inspection or consolidation arrangement is already operational.
01
Review available supplier and product evidence against the buyer brief before a source is selected.
02
Agree an order-specific reference or sample basis where the product and buyer requirement call for one.
03
Define appropriate checkpoints and evidence for the order; the parties and method are confirmed case by case.
04
Assess consolidation and packing options where supplier, order and shipment conditions permit them.
05
Scope the required shipment and origin documents after classification, eligibility and responsibilities are confirmed.
